CITY HALL ANNOUNCES 3 NEW WAYS TO PAY YOUR CITY BILL
You can still pay with cash, by check, by money order in person at the city hall counter or by utilizing our drop box which is located in front of the fire station at 127 Broadway.
- Make Secure Online Internet Payments Via ICash
Go to the City of Carson’s web site at www.carsongov.com 24/7 and follow the sidebar “Online Payment” link. The online program creates a friendly one-stop shopping cart that is familiar to those who shop online without any password. At this time the online ICash System for the City of Carson only accepts payments for Utility Bills. - Over-the Phone Payments Via ICash
You may simply call the CarsonCity Hall at 712-484-3636 to use your debit card, credit card, or e-check to make your payment for utility bills, permits, fitness memberships and other payments as appropriate.
***Please note that there is a Service Delivery Fee assessed to the customer per transaction on top of the amount the customer is paying the city. The service delivery fee is sent to the service providers offering the payment portal via ICash.*** Terms and Conditions of Using the ICash Payment Portal - A non-refundable service delivery fee will be applied to your total.
- You may review this fee before completing the process. You will have the opportunity to exit out of the payment process without completing the transaction if you choose to do so.
- Your statement will show: City Payment Via ICASH.
- All transactions are considered final after submission of payment information. No refunds will be given.
- Privacy Policy - We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information collected will not be shared with other parties.
- Security Policy - Payment and personal information is always safe. We use SSL for secure transactions and encrypt all personal information.
- Insufficient fund charge of $25.00 if payment is returned.
- Online Internet Payments and Over-The-Phone Payments do not necessarily prevent disconnection of city service.
- Automatic Direct Payment for Utility Bill
Have your utility bills paid AUTOMATICALLY with Direct Payment. No more stamps, No more envelopes, No more forgetting!!! With Direct Payment, you can have your utility payment automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account on or about the 13th each month.
If you would like to participate you will need to fill out the Direct Payment Authorization Form and return it to the City Clerk, Carson City Hall.
